This issue occurs because the Vinchin license is bound to a unique hardware "thumbprint," which is partially derived from the MAC address and configuration of the network interface. When these hardware settings are altered, the system's thumbprint changes, leading to a discrepancy with the installed license key. To restore system functionality, a new license must be generated based on the updated hardware thumbprint.

Resolution

Log in to the Vinchin web console to download the latest thumbprint file, contact your account manager to obtain a new license, and then reactivate the system.
