Upgrade Package Cannot Be Re-uploaded

Question

When upload the upgrade package, failed with: system storage is insufficient, after deleting the upgrade package from both the upgrade package list and the backup system backend path, and the re-upload failed with an error message: The package already exists in the upgrade package list, please don't re-upload it.

Answer

Issue Discription

Occasional phenomenon, incomplete synchronization of clearing upgrade package list information in database tables.

Resolution

Before contact to Vinchin Tech Support Team, please confirm:

• The corresponding upgrade package has been deleted from the upgrade package list in the web console.

• The corresponding upgrade package has been deleted from the backend of the backup system at the path /etc/share/nginx/vinchin/tmp/upgrade.

Confirm that all the above operations have taken effect, but re uploading the upgrade package still fails. Please contact the technical team and we will provide assistance for you.
