How can I renewal my service?

To renew your service, please contact sales@vinchin.com or your Vinchin sales manager. We will send you a service renewal contract and invoice. Please then refer to "What's the purchase procedure?" to complete the renewal process.

What benefits do Vinchin partners receive?

What is an NFR (Not For Resale) license?

NFR licenses allow partners to run Vinchin Backup & Recovery internally for training, demo, and customer presentation purposes. These licenses cannot be used for production environments.

Does Vinchin offer marketing support for partners?

This can be provided online or on-site, depending onthe region.

Will the version upgrade be done by ourselves, or will Vinchin assist with it?

Yes, you can upgrade it on your own, or our technical team can assist you.

How to upgrade to the latest version?

After finishing the renewal process, the customer can directly upgrade the latest version by upgrade package online.
