New-added user with global observer role still can't see all the resource

Question

I(account admin) created accounts for my colleagues and configured the appropriate Global Observer settings, but they are not seeing the same resources I am. Specifically, Virtual Platforms are not populating for them.

This issue has been identified as a known bug in version 9.0.0-SP3 and has already been fixed in a released patch package.
