IP conflict between Vinchin's docker 0 interface and the customer's network

Question

We encountered an IP conflict between Vinchin's docker 0 interface and the customer's network. Due to this IP conflict, we are unable to access the Vinchin Web GUI.

Issue Description

The docker o interface is created by Docker,which is related to Kubernetes backup.

Resolution

• Resolved by changing the Docker network segment to 172.17.0.1/24.
• If your backup solution does not involve Kubernetes backup,you can also directly stop the Docker service by executing the following command：systemctl stop docker

  

   

  If you receive the warning message like this, you can docker.socket firstly：systemctl stop docker.socket

   

   

  By using the two resolutions above, I believe you will be able to access the web console normally.We are trying our best to resolve this issue and expect the IP conflict problem to be completely fixed in the next version.
