After install the agent, the server backup job also failed with the error
#40093 Failed to stop CBT monitoring
The backup agent is wokring fine in vinchin console and the port are all available.
Answer
The error code #40093 indicates that the driver are loss for the backup, preventing the backup job from accessing CBT data.
Resolution
Uninstall the current Agent and reinstall it; ensure the driver option is selected during installation.
