How to Buy Vinchin Backup & Recovery

The renewal process depends on your license type:

For Perpetual Licenses

Each Perpetual License includes 1 year of renewal services, covering version updates and technical support.

After the first year, you can renew your service by paying 25% of the product’s MSRP per year.

Renewal can be done annually or upfront for multiple years through your Vinchin sales representative or authorized partner.

If renewal service expires, the software remains usable, but you will lose access to updates and technical support until renewed.

For Subscription Licenses

Subscription Licenses are time-limited (1–3 years) and must be renewed before expiration to keep your backup system running continuously.

Once expired, the software and services will stop working until you renew the subscription.

You can easily renew your license through your Vinchin partner or account manager.

Vinchin accepts the following payment methods: Bank Wire, PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. For bank wire transfers, please use US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or Chinese Yuan (CNY).

Yes, but if the subscription fee was higher than the permanent fee, the excess amount couldn't be refunded.

Subscription license: Updates and support are included during the subscription term. Perpetual license: Includes 1 year of updates & support. Renewal is optional after the first year.
