Subscription License

• A subscription-based license, usually valid for a period of 1 to 3 years.
• After expiration, the software and technical support must be renewed to continue usage.
• Includes software updates, upgrades, and technical support during the subscription period.
• Ideal for organizations that prefer lower upfront cost and flexible budgeting.

Perpetual License

• A lifetime license — once purchased, you can use the software permanently.
• Includes 1 year of maintenance and technical support by default; support renewal is optional after that.
• Suitable for companies that prefer a one-time investment and long-term ownership.

The renewal process depends on your license type:

For Perpetual Licenses

Each Perpetual License includes 1 year of renewal services, covering version updates and technical support.

After the first year, you can renew your service by paying 25% of the product’s MSRP per year.

Renewal can be done annually or upfront for multiple years through your Vinchin sales representative or authorized partner.

If renewal service expires, the software remains usable, but you will lose access to updates and technical support until renewed.

For Subscription Licenses

Subscription Licenses are time-limited (1–3 years) and must be renewed before expiration to keep your backup system running continuously.

Once expired, the software and services will stop working until you renew the subscription.

You can easily renew your license through your Vinchin partner or account manager.

You can place your order and complete payment through Vinchin’s authorized sales channels:

1. Contact Vinchin Sales or a Local Partner

• Reach out to your Vinchin sales representative or authorized reseller/distributor to confirm product edition, license type, and quantity.
• A formal quotation or proforma invoice will be provided for your review.

2. Confirm and Make Payment

• After confirming your order, payment can be made via bank transfer (T/T) or other available regional payment methods as specified in the invoice.

3. License Delivery

• Once payment is received, your license key and activation information will be delivered by email within 1–3 business days.

Vinchin accepts the following payment methods: Bank Wire, PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. For bank wire transfers, please use US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or Chinese Yuan (CNY).
