With a national technology center and leading prefab R&D base, it offers one-stop consulting-to-maintenance services for civil, municipal, transport, and industrial projects, completing thousands of key projects.

With branches nationwide, its HQ IDC data center runs a VMware vSphere virtualization platform hosting hundreds of VMs for PMS, BIM, ERP, OA, email, archives, and monitoring systems. Back-end databases support daily access to gigabytes of drawings and supervision data. Regional subsidiaries connect via MPLS dedicated lines to the HQ, forming a centrally managed, regionally interconnected IT architecture that meets stringent requirements for real-time data performance and collaborative efficiency in high-end civil, municipal, and industrial construction.

As business volume grows, traditional backups can’t sustain the environment. With only 1–2-hour daily windows, full scans of massive data often time out and overload network and storage. VMware VMs in fixed formats across locations require manual VMDK-to-QCOW2 conversions for migrations and drills, wasting time and risking errors.
