The Italy-based CMC SpA, founded in 1980, is an experienced firm that develops and produces envelope-inserting, paper, and film wrapping machines for the logistics, e-commerce, graphic arts, and postal sectors. CMC SpA sets up USA, Germany, United Kingdom, France, and The Netherlands branches to better serve users. As a result of this, its IT structure is distributed across these branches, all of which are virtualized on Sangfor HCI running servers and systems for design and manufacture. This makes management workloads heavier for the IT team of the producer.
But that’s not the key issue. Too much data is sent uncompressed over the network putting heavy pressure on the bandwidth, thus the slow backup. And it also requires manual intervention during operations. “We could be interrupted from work because of the failed tasks or we just stand by and wait for the jobs to finish. But it’s a boring and long process,” the Network Administrator at CMC SpA complained.

The Network Administrator said, “The demand for a file-level recovery is growing due to some misdeletion or other incidents.
