ion2s GmbH is a TYPO3 digital agency based in Darmstadt, specializing in sophisticated and complex portals, which has already demonstrated their skills in over 7,500 releases. Within a few months, new trends, programming languages, tools and networks can turn the IT world upside down. ion2s does not run behind, but adapts to new circumstances and develop new trends and products themselves instead of following them.

From management to implementation and quality assurance to smooth operation and long-term maintenance, ion2s GmbH is always at customers’ side. Since their customers’ information and their own R&D data for new products are all stored in these critical systems of about 80 oVirt VMs, the loss of these data might be disastrous for the company and their reputation. “We used a backup tool with poor performance in the past two years, which required our extra maintenance time and their after-sales service was also inefficient.
