Add backup storage before creating a backup job.
Connect the application
Before taking backup for your workloads, a lightweight agent needs to be installed on the server.
After the agents had been installed and licensed for file backup, please follow the below steps to create database backup job.
Create backup jobs
There are 4 steps to create a backup job for your database/ Exchange/ Kubernetes data.
- Select database/Exchange/Kubernetes resource you need to back up.
- Specify target backup destination.
- Configure backup strategy. You can setup the backup time schedule, throttling policy, data storage policy, retention policy and some other advanced options.
- Submit the task.
Restore Database/ Exchange/ Kubernetes:
There are 4 steps to restore database/ Exchange/ Kubernetes from the backup restore points:
- Select the restore point
- Select the restore destination
- Configure strategies or just skip it
- Submit the job
