Help with Sangfor: Unable to Create Snapshot - HTTP 400 Error

Hi everyone,

I'm using Sangfor virtualization environment. When trying to create a snapshot for the VM 'xxx', it fails.

Error logs as follows:

Job failed,[#282]HTTP 400 ERROR: incorrect request format

Creating VM 'xxx' snapshot error,[#282]HTTP 400 ERROR: incorrect request format

What could be the reason? How to resolve it? Thanks!

The virtual machine has reached its maximum of seven snapshots. The Sangfor platform does not allow creating any more new snapshots. You need to delete some snapshots before running the backup task.

Landon Fairfax Thanks for the explanation. The issue is resolved now. It was caused by reaching the maximum number of snapshots.
