Vinchin Backup oVirt 4.5 VM Reports Curl HTTP Error

Hello everyone,

Failed to backup oVirt 4.5 VM with Vinchin, logs as follows:

Has anyone encountered similar issues? How to resolve?

Here are a few things you could try:

Check network connectivity: Make sure port 54322 is reachable between the Vinchin backup server and the oVirt host.
Check the ImageIO service: On the oVirt host, run systemctl status ovirt-imageio-daemon to verify the service is running properly.
Check storage: Errors with specific offsets can sometimes be related to storage read issues.

Dan Zeng Although the problem wasn't there, thank you for your reply anyway. The virtual machines were being converted from Hyper-V to Acronis to oVirt. Restoring to oVirt caused the backup to fail due to inconsistent virtual machine disk sizes. The final conclusion was to replace the backup_server program. The problem has now been fixed.
