This failure may be due to the absence of a boot image for recovery in the ZStack image library.
Solution:
Upload the vc_rec_empty.iso file from the backup system's backend (/opt/vinchin) to the Resource Center - Image in ZStack, and rename it to vc_rec_empty_iso_file (for Ceph storage, rename it to vc_rec_empty_iso_rbd). Then retry the recovery.
If the above method does not resolve the issue, check if the primary storage and backup storage are of type Ceph. If so, create a new Backup Storage with the type selected as ImageStore, then upload vc_rec_empty.iso and rename it to vc_rec_empty_iso_file (for Ceph storage, rename it to vc_rec_empty_iso_rbd).
