VMware same-platform restore fails

When performing a same-platform restore in VMware, the job fails with the following message:

Job failed, [#4995] Upload file error

No additional details are provided. Has anyone encountered this error during a VMware same-platform restore? Any ideas on possible causes or troubleshooting steps?

Sorry for the late reply.
This error is because the program provided by the second-level support team to reset the VMware login password does not handle single quotes correctly during the recovery process. Please ask the second-level support team to provide the program again.
