Hey everyone, I'm hitting this exact same error - "Ping failed" and "add route error". It's driving me crazy. Spent ages on it and I'm pretty sure it's a misconfiguration in the Virtual Lab network settings. Anyone fixed this?

Quentin You might need to check if the backup system and the proxy are on the same network segment.

Cross-network segment authentication will cause Ping to fail.
