RedHat backup error – anyone seen this before?

I ran into an issue while trying to back up a RedHat environment. The log shows:

Seems like it can’t connect to the oVirt imageio service. Not sure if it’s caused by the firewall or the service not running. Has anyone else come across this error before? Any tips would be appreciated!

Julian Moreland This issue occurred because the system couldn’t connect to the node. In most cases, only the engine’s domain name resolution was configured, while the node’s DNS resolution was missing. To fix this, add the correct DNS record for the node in the backup system so it can connect properly.
