XCP-ng Backup Failed: "Socket connect error" to master_ip on port 29202

Hi everyone,

I'm hitting a wall with an XCP-ng backup issue and could use some help. The backup job keeps failing with this error:

[ERROR:20#Socket connect error]: try all ip, but still connect failed, master_ip: 172.18.22.5, port: 29202

Here's what I've checked so far:

The master node (172.18.22.5) is pingable from the XCP-ng host.
The backup service on the master seems to be running.
I've reviewed the firewall rules, and port 29202 appears to be open for the XCP-ng host's IP.

Despite this, the connection keeps getting rejected on that specific port. Has anyone encountered this before? I'm wondering if there's a specific service that needs to be restarted or a less obvious firewall/ACL setting I might have missed.

Any pointers on what else to troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated!
