Hi all — I'm trying to add an iSCSI storage target through the web interface, but the UI shows no available LUNs during the scan. Oddly, on the host/backend I can discover the target, log in, and mount the LUNs without any problem.
What I’ve verified so far:
- Backend can scan and list LUNs.
- I can log in to the target and mount LUNs from the command line/backend.
- The web UI scan returns no LUNs to add.
Has anyone seen the web UI fail to list LUNs while the host can see and mount them? Could this be a permissions / LUN masking issue, a difference in initiator credentials used by the UI vs. the host, a management-network reachability problem, or something cached in the web service? What logs or settings should I check (UI/service logs, iscsi discovery/login logs, network/VLANs, target ACLs, multipath config, etc.) to troubleshoot this? Any hints or commands to collect useful info would be appreciated — thanks!
