Hi Reid,
It seems the issue was caused by the backup task having multiple hosts — during the differential backup of the second client, the ID wasn’t reassigned properly, so the following clients kept using the first client’s ID.
This is a known issue and has been fixed in version 7.0.1. After upgrading, please recreate the backup tasks to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Only differential backups were affected, while incremental backups should work fine.
