Error #3122 when adding XCP-ng platform — couldn't connect to the host or pool

Hi everyone, I’m getting an error when trying to add an XCP-ng platform:

#3122: couldn't connect to the host or pool

I’ve checked the network connection and login credentials, and everything seems fine. Has anyone run into this before? Could it be related to the XenAPI, port configuration, or certificate settings? Any suggestions on what else I should check would be really helpful — thanks!

Miles Using Orchestra to add will result in an error, just add a separate xcp-ng host.
