Error #3762 when adding OpenStack

Hi everyone — I'm running into an error when trying to add an OpenStack endpoint. The add operation fails and returns:

#3762: KVM OpenStack Error: get all VM info belong to a same tenant

I've double-checked the credentials and endpoint URL but still hit the same error. Has anyone seen this before? What could cause get all VM info belong to a same tenant to fail (permission issue, wrong tenant/project ID, API response format, etc.) and what logs or info should I collect to troubleshoot further? Any troubleshooting steps or hints would be much appreciated — thanks!

You can try the following steps to fix this:
Add a domain name resolution to the OpenStack /etc/hosts file.
The user added to Vinchin must have admin role permissions, which is required for API requests.
