Vinchin Error #12 Database query when adding TrueNAS shared path

Hi everyone, I ran into an issue while using Vinchin Backup & Recovery and would like some advice.

I shared a folder from Windows to TrueNAS.

On TrueNAS, I created two shared paths based on this folder.

I first added the first TrueNAS path to Vinchin, and it worked fine.

However, when I tried to add the second TrueNAS path to Vinchin, I got the following error:

#12 Database query error

Has anyone encountered this issue or know how to resolve it? Any help would be appreciated!

The error occurs because both TrueNAS shared paths were created from the same underlying Windows directory, which causes a conflict in Vinchin and triggers the “#12 Database query error.” To resolve this, you need to configure and add shares that originate from different root directories so that Vinchin can recognize them as unique paths.
