Cause of the Issue
The failing disk is a shared disk originating from another machine.
By default, the Vinchin Agent service retrieves disk information using the local Administrator account.
Since the shared disk uses different credentials than the local machine, the Agent cannot access the shared disk, causing the backup to fail.
Solution
Change the service “Log on” user:
For Windows environments where NAS/CIFS storage is mounted as a network drive, change the startup user of the following services to the account used to mount the shared disk:
manager_client (Agent Manager Client)
fs_client_transport (FS Client Transport)
Post-change considerations:
It is uncertain whether this will affect backups of local disks.
It is recommended to perform a backup of both local and shared disks after making the change to verify everything works correctly.
Hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
