My VM backup on Citrix XenServer 7.2 keeps failing with Error #3451: Enable VDI CBT error.
Full backups sometimes succeed, but incremental backups that require CBT fail every time.
Environment:
XenServer version: 7.2
Storage: [NFS / iSCSI / other]
Backup software: [name + version]
Tried so far:
Rebooted VM and host — no change
Verified snapshot works from XenCenter
Updated Guest Tools
Checked SR free space
Has anyone seen this error before? How can I re-enable or reset CBT for the affected VM so backups can run normally? Any tips are appreciated.
