I'm getting error #300077 when trying to add a MySQL database instance. What's wrong?

Quentin I checked multiple times that my username and password are correct, but I still get this error.

Miles CLIENT,PROCESS,SUPER,CREATE,INSERT,SELECT permissions required,MySql 8.0 above need BACKUP_ADMIN permission, it would require the intervention of the database administrator to enable this feature.
