ZStack VM backup failed with error code #2

Hi,

I'm trying to back up a VM on my ZStack platform, but the task keeps failing.

Description:
ZStack VM backup failed with the following error:

Error Code:
#2 Initiating object error

I've checked the VM status and tried restarting the backup task, but the issue persists.

Has anyone encountered this error before? What does this error code mean exactly?

Root Cause:
XCP-ng has not installed the VM backup plugin ❗

Resolution:
Please log in to the Vinchin backup server's web console, click on Download Backup Plugin, and select the corresponding virtualization platform backup plugin to install 🧩
