In my organization I use Exchange 2019CU15 Server. When I configure M365 Organizations, the following appears in the Vinchin backup agent logs.

And the installation itself crashes with an error. Yes, the certificate installed on the Exchange server was issued only on CN=*.ORGANISATION.ru, there is no need to change it

So it seems the agent isn’t installing on your Exchange server? Do you have any other logs or screenshot?

The agent is installed on the Exchange server. This log is from him. I specifically gave only the logs that go when the 's M365 organizations configuration is running

I ran into this issue before and the support team said it’s because the name in the Exchange certificate doesn’t match the AD domain.
